Checking in items returned over Easter

Staff at our branches are busy checking in all of the items returned over the Easter weekend, our busiest time of the year. Staff were clearing bookchutes on Saturday, however with the volume of items returned they are likely still checking in & clearing items today.

If you have any queries about items not cleared from your card, please check tomorrow and contact us via the contact form on the website.
