Older but stronger is a over 60's program run by a fitness instructor for those not accustomed to exercising, or with:
- Difficulty walking or balancing
- Use a walking aid
- Arthritis or Osteoporosis
- Back or neck pain
- Joint replacement
- Shortness of breath
