Ivan Chan, Dietitian from Knox Community Health Service will provide professional and practical advice on healthy eating.Parents, seniors and young adults are welcome.
The talk can be in Cantonese or Mandarin, depending on the audience's preference on the day.
The event will be held at Knox Library Activity Room, during one of the Chinese Read and Chat Group sessions.
