From 27th Feb there's a new combined schedule for the Ranges & Valley Mobile

From Monday 27th February we will be introducing the Yarra Ranges Outreach vehicle which will combine the Ranges and Valley Mobile service and have a new schedule.

Please note: No Service provided on listed public holidays and days of Total Fire Bans. 

As a result of the changes we have temporarily taken the Ranges and Valley Mobiles off the Hold Pickup List until we start the new service. It also means that members will not be able to place holds on items that belong to those mobiles.

We have also arranged for extended due dates for members borrowing on these mobiles until the 29th March 2012 for the rest of February.

Ranges and Valley Mobiles will not be available as a pickup branch for holds for a few weeks

As a result of upcoming changes to the schedule for the Ranges and Valley Mobiles we will be removing those two mobiles from the Pickup branch list on the catalogue for a few weeks.

I will be uploading the new schedule for the mobile tomorrow. The new schedule will commence Monday 27th February 2012.

News just in from Greg that the Valley Mobile, will only be going to Warburton today. Therefore no visits for Powelltown/Millgrove or East Warburton. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Due to extreme rostering difficulties, the Ranges Mobile will only be at Sassafras today (no service to Olinda and Ferny Creek). The Valley Mobile is only going to Wonga Park (no service to Chum Creek & Dixons Creek).

No mobile service to Seville on Thursday

Due to a community event and expected traffic difficulties, the Valley Mobile will not be at Seville on Thursday 11th February 2010 3-5pm (Warburton Hwy. Seville next to the main community hall Mel ref 119 J11). Services will return as timetabled the following week.

Ranges & Valley mobiles & Croydon library closed

Thursday 19th November 2009 CFA has declared Total Fire Ban for Central Victoria.

Both Valley Mobile and Ranges Mobile will not be on the road today. Croydon Library is closed for electrical maintenance from 10am-1pm. Services as normal on Knox Mobile and all other library service points,  unless otherwise notified.

Valley Mobile - Dixons Creek site

Major roadworks will be undertaken at the Dixons Creek Primary School over the school holidays - Monday 29th June to Friday 10th July 2009. Mobile services to Dixon's Creek will be suspended for this period. Looking at the timetable the affected timeslot is Wednesday afternoons 12:15-1:15pm.

Items may be returned to any of our branches or to the mobile at other sites.
