Well then you'll probably love our pre-overdue reminder notices. These will be sent to everyone with an email address attached to their card. So if you haven't given us your email address yet, this is a fantastic incentive.
The service will not start until 17th January. After the members with current email addresses on their records will regularly receive email reminders 4 days before the items are due.
This notice is only available via email and does not affect the way you receive your hold and overdue notices (SMS, paper, phone, email)

All we need is to add your email address to your membership record.
I have made some adjustments so that we can use the Get a PIN form for members to advise us of their email address and get the pre-overdue notices.

Great idea re overdue reminders.
Suggest you look at the end of the web page where there is black print on a dark grey background.
