Di Holuigue has been food editor of several national food magazines and is an Internationally acclaimed author of cooking books.
Initially trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, and L'Ecole Le Notre, Paris, Diane conducts cooking classes in Australia and around the world in the kitchens of famous chefs.
Hmmm...... I think I might need to spend more than an afternoon with Di to become a better cook :-).
