New resource - measure your energy use at home

Would you like to measure your energy use at home? Our Knox Library have five Power Mate energy use meters available for a 3-week loan to library members.

The Power Mate measures the amount and cost of energy used and greenhouse gases produced by different electrical appliances around the home and office. It can help to understand how much energy is used in operating and standby modes, helping to reduce energy use and power bill costs.

Please enquire on your next visit to Knox, or place a hold via the catalogue - Energy Cut Book/Power Mate Meter.
